How can I make payment?

You can make payment using your Credit/Debit card or you can even directly transfer to our account through NEFT/IMPS/RTGS. For Credit/Debit cards, payments can be made inside Stickynote app by going to Main Menu -Settings - Account Settings - Payment Info and checkout for payment. When you checkout through PayUMoney payment gateway, choose 'Guest checkout' option and continue making payment.

I don't have Credit / Debit card, but how to make payment?

We accept payments made through online banking like NEFT/IMPS/RTGS. You can find our account details inside the settings menu of our app. For offline payment, please contact our support team to guide you through the process.

Should I inform your team after making payment to activate the app?

When the payment is made through Credit/Debit card within our Stickynote app, the subscription will get activated automatically. Incase, if the payment is made through our website or transferred directly to our account through NEFT or IMPS, you need to contact our support team for the activation procedure.

I find it difficult to make payment. Can I get support?

For making payment through our app, if you find it difficult you can try making payment through our website which would be easy or even prefer NEFT or IMPS. Before making payment, you can even contact our support team so that our executive will assist you throughout the payment process.
