Stickynote is an android app exclusively developed for Insurance Advisors of India. You can manage Client details, follow up Premium Dues, view Lapsed Policies List and Revive those Lapsed Policies with the help of our stickynote app.

I Don't Have Agent Portal Id And Password, Where Can I Get It?

You need to apply for your Agent Portal Id and Password in your Servicing Branch Office or you can even ask your Development Officer to provide you with your Agent Portal Id.

How does it work offline?

Stickynote downloads your Clients data and stores in your phone so that you can use it offline without internet connection wherever you go.

How can I change my Registered mobile number?

Go to the profile option select Change mobile number. Enter the new number, you would receive an OTP. Once you verify the OTP, your number will be changed.

How Can I Make Payment To Purchase The App?

You can make payment for the app through Debit Card / Credit Card directly from the application or from the website. If you have online banking, you can even make NEFT / IMPS transfer to our bank account and contact our support team to assist you with the activation process.

Do I Need To Turn On The Internet Connection For Using The App?

No need. You can continue to use the app without internet connection at all. Only at the time.

Is The App Available For IPhone Or Windows Phone?

No, at present we have been focusing hard only for the Android platform. We might announce in near future if we are planning for other platforms too.
